This is part of the sketch I gave away this morning in the contest on my Facebook page. Like my page and stay tuned for more chances to win!
Happy New Year to everyone and I appreciate all of you following me and for the truly amazing feedback and friendships I’ve made. 2012 was an amazing year… thank you!
Again, drawing other artists while they work during life drawing… one of my favorites things.
A quick sketch on my lunch hour. I like knowing I only have a few minutes to grab the necessities. Sometimes it works, sometimes not so much.
I am now offering some of my work to be purchased via canvas prints, small framed art prints, iPad/iPhone skins, notecards and a few other options via Society6 (click my gallery link below). I am still working out a few bugs here and there but wanted to share my gallery in the meantime.
If nothing else I’d love to have you promote me, like me or comment if you see something that interests you. Also, please read the “About” link on my gallery page. This just gives some feedback about this work, paper and quality, and me in general. Many thanks for your support and I am continuing to work on larger pieces that will be offered very soon. Stay posted!
On Friday evenings there’s always some sort of band playing at one of the local coffee shops. It’s always a great time and I was able to play a little myself. It’s always interesting to see what you end up with when the band never stops moving and performing.
Everyday people doing everyday things, sort of.
I haven’t been able to draw much the last week and a half so I’m glad to be back on the wagon again. Here’s a little randomness.
My neighbor was gifted this cool little camper recently, perfect for trout fishing and the occasional, “escape from reality”, road trip. For some reason I love sketching old campers like this… just quick fun imagining all the possibilities.
Some new sketchbook shenanigans.
